Photo measures 9 x 7. Paris -- In underground, bombproof storerooms beneath this rue ampere garage owned by a Mr. De La Motte, police found vast caches of machine guns and ammunition. The arms are said by police to have been for use in an attempt to overthrow the government by the "cagoulards," an organization which planned to set up a temporary dictatorship later to become a monarchy. Lightning-like raids throughout the nation uncovered many other similar forts and caches.
