This is an original press photo. Tater Decker, American Rodeo Cowboy.

Tater was born in 1924 in Roswell, NM and now lives in Clayton,
OK. He was raised on the famed Diamond A Cattle Ranch where his
father, Tim Decker was a wagon boss for six years and foreman for
36 years. Tater entered his first rodeo at 15 and became one of the greatest
all around hands of his time. Tater joined the Cowboys Turtle
Association in early 1943, which later became the Rodeo Cowboy
Association, now the PRCA. In 1980 he joined the National Senior
Pro Rodeo Association where he served on the Executive Board as
both Vice President and President.Photo measures 5 x 7inches. Photo is dated 07-07-1960.
