Photo measures 8 x 11. Refugees from the Ogaden region of Ethiopia receive their daily ration of melted butter fat, at Lasdure refugee camp in Somalia. Refugees in Somalia, one of the world's five poorest nations, form the largest single concentration of the dispossessed anywhere in the world. But thanks to Somalia's massive diversion of food and medical aid to the refugees there are no cases of mass starvation or malnutrition here. New arrivals get a daily ration of rice, skim milk and butter fat.
