This is an original press photo. A 4-seat Piper Archer aircraft was photographed as it passed over County Stadium Sunday during the Green Bay Packers football game. FAA investigator Karen Krueger refused Wednesday to release the name of the pilot of the craft. She said her investigation should be completed within two weeks and that she would send the results to the FAA's Great Lake Regional Office in Chicago, which will decide whether to take any action against the pilot. Krueger would not comment on reports that the pilot unintentionally buzzed the Stadium. Members of the Stadium ground crew estimated that the plane flew over the Stadium at an altitude of 300 feet. The Stadium's light poles are 120 feet tall. Pilots must keep their airplanes at an altitude of 1,000 feet above the highest obstacle. Photo measures 10 x 8.25inches. Photo is dated 11-19-1986.
