This is an original press photo. Jefferson Parish firefighters built a "Safe House" to teach kids how to escape from a smoke filled house safely. Using donated materials, firefighters worked six weeks to build the house on their off time. It is filled with non toxic, odorless smoke with kids inside to teach them escape procedures.
