This is an original vintage press photo, not a reproduction or digital copy. "Please excuse me".: means this sign, which the actress Marianne Koch "throws" to a driver-colleague. The "ADAC" had the idea to find such a sign for those polite car-drivers, who made a mistake as against other people in the traffic, and also comprehends this. By raising one hand with out-stretched thumb, forefinger and middle finger - which shows an "E" - you can "entschuldigen", and that not only on German streets, but also in foreign countries, as the sign can also be explained with "excuse moi", "excuse me" and "excusa". Photo measures 7.75 x 6 inches. Photo is dated 08-08-1965.
