United States - Air force - Bombers - World War II - Experimental Aircraft Association - Just like the old days - Members of a World War II B-17 bomber crew took to the skies again Saturday in a B-17 owned by the Experimental Aircraft Association of Oshkosh. The nine-man crew, which during the war flew a B-17 called the High Life, was in Milwaukee this weekend for its first reunion in 40 years. Two members of the crew flashed victory signs as the plane flew over Lake Michigan. Photo measures 10 x 7.25 inches. Photo is dated 06-12-1983.
