This is an original press photo. The Horicon Marsh, one of the biggest freshwater marshes in the lower 48 states, has been recognized by the Convention on Wetlands of International Importance. Receiving a certificate from the international organization in a recent ceremony at the marsh are, left to right, C.D. Besadny, secretary of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, Larry Mason, from the US Fish and Wildlife Service's Wildlife Service's Midwest Region. Photo measures 10 x 6.75inches.
